Words of wisdom from one who has been there and lived to talk about it as well as write down her recipe for life living.

"Things that make you go hmmm..." Joye Carter, MD brings together her observations and words of wisdom on many of those topics that cross our minds daily with common sense and humor. -Lucia Spears, MD. Although Dr. Carter graciously gives you a "piece" of her mind; she also lovingly gives you a part of her heart. These stories are timeless and for all generations. If you read more than two or three of these at one setting, please have an audience nearby.. surely you will stand up and testify (or say amen). -John Arradondo, MD, MPH, FAAFP Family Physician. What a great, inspiring, thought provoking book. It makes you stop and think... Why didn't I think of that? Dr. Carter's dialogue with the reader explores everyday situations with practical solutions for a better life. A practical mixture of values that still apply in today's technology savvy world. -Dr. Janice M. Beal Clinical Program Director Child and Adolescent Program Westbury Community Hospital.
