Cover Design Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with your cover design. If you are not satisfied with your digital cover proofs, we will work with you until we make it right or we will refund your cover design fees.
Interior Formatting Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with your book interior. If you are not satisfied with your digital interior proofs, we will work with you until we make it right, or we will refund your publishing fees if you choose to cancel your publication before authorizing production to begin.
Book Printing Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with your printed books. All books we print are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in print quality or physical craftsmanship. If your printed book does not match your approved digital cover or interior proof within commercially-acceptable standards, we will replace your book order at no additional charge upon receipt of the returned defective books to Outskirts Press.
