Book Details

The Quilt of Her Life is a biography of Vicki Shulstad written by her husband of 52 years, Ray. It is a love story of epic proportions that only Divine intervention could have enabled and only their love for each other could have overcome the ups and downs to provide the enduring relationship they value so much. But, it is much more than a love story because it chronicles the story of how Vicki triumphed over depression, tragedy, adversity, biases and insecurity to achieve her goals in life and much more through determination, courage, hard work, persistence and her to ability to adjust and change when necessary. Ray created the title in recognition that a quilt has many shapes and colors just like the many roles Vicki had and excelled in during her life. And, the title and content showcase her impressive talent as a very creative and accomplished quilter.
