Annual billing normally occurs in January. Without prepayment, the Annual Distribution Subscription Fee is billed each year for each physical book format.

Each physical format is billed separately. If your book is available in both paperback and hardback, the hardback edition requires its own Annual Distribution Subscription Fee.
