She is presently a Certified Florida Supreme Court, County, Family, and Circuit/Civil Mediator and Arbitrator. As the former Director of Labor Relations and Associate Director of Human Resources, Ms. Bac advocate for NYS in the following areas …. Discipline and Grievance proceedings Human Rights and EEOC Complaints … Worker’s Compensation, and … Unemployment Hearings. Ms. Bac work experience also includes but not limited to investigating workplace incidents, disciplining employees for conduct on the job and training thousands of NYS employees in various management training programs including the “Arts of Supervision.” One of Ms. Bac’s many achievements includes the development of an Employee Handbook, detailing the facility’s rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
