Product description...

Behold! The inner secrets of good customer service

Greetings! So, like everyone on earth, at some point or another, you’ve had a sucktastic, no-holds-barred, Epic Fail customer service experience. In the following pages is a detailed, fairly comprehensive list of things that annoy, frustrate, enrage, horrify, amuse, and occasionally confound us. It is our profound hope that this guidebook will walk you safely through a happier, healthier, more productive customer service experience (and if it doesn’t, well, everyone needs at least one paperweight, right?)

Author Information...

I am a 20-year veteran of the working world of customer service, in several industries. My three cats have been frequent observers of the joys and headaches that inevitably come with the service industry and were my biggest cheerleaders while I was writing this book. When I’m not working, my favorite thing is to become a human island, one that is comprised solely of me, myself, and I, and use the space to read, listen to and play music, and see what new forms of havoc I can wreak online.
