With NSA tracking his calls, they discover Haddad is financing the AQIM (Al Qaeda In Islamic Maghreb) in Mali. The attorney warns Haddad and sends over $150 million to his account in Lichtenstein. Haddad disappears, and OMICRON later determines that he is headed for Dubai (UAE) to meet with a major arms dealer to purchase weapons for AQIM, and the chase is on.
