Teresa Wolfe
Teresa Wolfe, MS, is a food scientist, eco-herbalist, and environmental educator with forty-plus years of professional teaching and curriculum development experience in the areas of science, nature, and using plants as medicine. Wolfe has taught students of all ages, from preschoolers to older adults, and in various settings, including churches, schools, and community colleges. When her children were young, she set up a laboratory in her home and developed a line of original herbal supplement formulas. Wolfe is certified to teach others to be professional herbalists. An avid promoter of individual and environmental health, she believes that “a healthy you equals a healthy planet.” Teresa currently resides in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, with her longtime partner, Peter. During the winter, she works as a professional alpine ski instructor. She teaches all ages, but what touches her soul the most is giving adaptive lessons to people with special needs. Often, their lives are changed. Hers always is. Marcia Fajardo was born in Mexico City. As a child, she showed artistic talent and dreamed about becoming a professional painter or photographer and traveling the world capturing images of amazing people, places, and animals. In 2007, Marcia earned a bachelor’s degree in visual arts from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Since 2010, Marcia has worked for thousands of clients as a freelance illustrator. Her work encompasses digital art, traditional hand drawing, and painting. She has illustrated books for children and adults, corporate projects, posters, fashion, branding, educational products, and much more.
