When asked what she had learned, she said, “You learn all the things that you didn’t know you needed to learn.” When asked to explain, she said, ‘it’s something that you just can’t explain.’In receiving this feedback, I immediately knew that the training that she received was successful. She was opened to gaining the knowledge through listening, processing the learning and applying it. She chose to expand her book of knowledge by being open-minded.
