You will notice I did not say bad events because I believe that if in retrospect you learn from these events and grow, even though they may be unpleasant at the time, they will ultimately be beneficial to you. This book represents the trials, tribulations, triumphs and setbacks that I went through and how it changed, me as a person, my relationships with my family and those closest to me, my attitude towards work, my interactions with friends, and my overall outlook on life.

Prior to founding The Uchil Group and Uchil, LLC, Dr. Uchil spent over nineteen years in a variety of senior management roles for several large multinational corporations. Dr. Uchil is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of building and growing professional service organizations and demonstrated career success. In addition to his PhD, he also holds an MBA, and BSEE.
