The author, Sidney E. Haney Jr. graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in 1980 and has practiced pharmacy in Mississippi, Texas, and Tennessee in both retail and hospital settings. He started writing fantasy as a hobby, but after retiring he decided to write and publish a fantasy/science fiction series beginning with TOURIN. THE COVENANT LANDS continues the story.
