Alexis Minnich, a Regulatory and Food Safety Manager in her professional life, combines her experience as an adult amateur equestrian along with her life-long passion for horses and brings to life the semi-autobiographic series Amateur Dreams. She currently resides in Northeast Ohio, close to her friends and family whom she loves spending time with. When she is not working, at home with friends or family, you will find Alexis at the barn or in the show ring.
