In the fourth installment of the Charlie Palmer Series, Federal Wildlife Officer Charlie Palmer has a lot on his plate. The Florida refuge is still recovering from the category five hurricane that completely redesigned the landscape of the entire coast. Nick West is a fourth-generation Floridian who has lived in Alachua County for his entire life. He attended Gainesville High School and the University of Florida.
