When Life Can Hurt You, Your Faith in God Can Heal You: Messages of God’s Unfailing Love

There comes a time in every person’s life when reflection becomes unavoidable. It may come through trials, through growth, through loss or even through unexpected blessings. For me it has been a continuous unfolding of truth, evidence, and revelation that points back to one undeniable reality: God has always been with me. Many people grow up learning about the Bible. They hear the stories, memorize scriptures, and understand the structure of faith. But the knowledge and understanding of The Trinity that transforms our lives daily is what strengthens me and led me to share my gratitude. My gratitude comes not only from what God has done, but from who He is. He is faithful. He is consistent, He is loving, even when I fall short. And because of that, I cannot help but to give Him thanks. Acknowledgment is one of the most important keys to spiritual growth. When we acknowledge God, we invite him into every area of our lives. We recognize His authority, His presence, and His power. Too often, people only acknowledge God in times of need. But true growth happens when we acknowledge Him in all things-in our decisions, in our relationships, in our successes, and even in our failures. Reflecting on the past helps us to see the progress that was made in our lives through our faith, hope and prayers. Recognizing where God has brought me from reminds me that He has been with me and He will continue to be with me in the future.
