Yes… this is a strange cover for a romantic/adventure novel. However, it is just another example of this author’s mischievous way of keeping you in a state of curiosity and anticipation. Once you have read it, we think you will agree it is indeed an excellent choice.

Gloria Peech is a feminist to the extreme. Being the CEO of a multimillion-dollar corporation, at such a young age, shocks some of the business community. In her opinion, it seems the male business culture does not feel beauty and brains are a compatible commodity. She is strong-minded to show them they are wrong. Very wrong!

As if the difficulties of the business world are not enough, there’s the nagging problem of her husband. She needs to check out her suspicions. Her decision to hire private detective, Wolf Howell, changes the course of her life forever.

Wolf is the height of male chauvinism. She decides to put up with him, seeing working with him will be short term. Besides, she knows how to handle men like him.
