Understanding Substance Use Disorder from a Child’s Perspective

Prevention & Recovery (P&R) is a distinct department within the Comanche Nation (CN) Tribal Organization, based out of Lawton, Oklahoma. CNP&R provides a comprehensive range of alcohol/substance abuse awareness, prevention, and treatment services, using evidence-based and culturally responsive practices. Programs also include youth and young adult services for alcohol/substance use, misuse, suicide, and mental health. CNP&R remains committed to promoting healing and wellness within their local and surrounding communities.

Bonnie Johnson is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation and Executive Director of CNP&R. Blake Mosley is an enrolled member of the of the Choctaw Nation and Project Director for CNP&R. Adrianne Roughface is an enrolled member of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes, and supervisor of Outpatient Programs at CNP&R. Brittany Turner is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation and Project Director for CNP&R. Winrod Redelk is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation, current student at Insitutue of American Indian Arts (IAIA), and former graduate of CNP&R’s long-term residential program for substance abuse. Dylan Tiddark is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation and owner of graphic design company, DT Visuals. Roxanne Stopp is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, owner of Nyva Creates, and works as a Radiologic Technologist and local artist.
