Janet Crandell Burtt is a long time resident of Charleston, SC, the Holy City and all it’s charm. She has had many accomplishments including a twenty-seven year career as a nurse. She graduated from James Island High School in 1965. She attended the College of Charleston and took her Nurses training at Tri County Technical College. After retirement she helped plan her high school class’s 50th reunion. Now she has added writing to her list. Her first fictional novel was “The Porch”. Janet is married and has four adult children and four grandchildren.
