Product description...

Long before an old man named Geppetto carved a puppet

Geppetto is a 6-year-old without a family living in Northern Italy in the year 1809. He is rescued by a young woman with a special secret identity that brings him to her orphanage. Despite his sad circumstances he makes friends and as the boys get older they discover a beautiful island and a magical lake beyond the grounds of the orphanage. Their exciting adventure is short-lived though because of a misunderstanding. The choices they make because of confusion and anger create chaos and their futures are forever altered.
