Russell T. Osguthorpe holds a Ph.D. in instructional psychology and has served as a professor and administrator at Brigham Young University. He has held a variety of Church callings, including mission president, area seventy, and Sunday School General President. He has authored five books and more than seventy articles on education and religion. He and his wife, Lolly, have five children and live in Provo, Utah.
