Dorothy Turner is a Georgia native who worked for the Georgia Department of Revenue for twenty- nine years. She retired in 2009 with a focus on enjoying life and traveling. Lo and behold, the Lord began tugging at her heart to write poetry. The Former and the Latter is Dorothy’s third inspirational poetry collection—a humbling experience and a labor of love.
