When cowboy, truck driver, Todd Freeman, was awakened suddenly and unexpectedly one morning to face his angry wife and a loaded Smith and Wesson 686 standard police issue, stainless steel .357 magnum, he never imagined how quickly the course of his entire life could be altered. Having served as a competent law enforcement officer, a skilled EMT, and a successful owner/operator of his own semitruck, Todd had lived the first 27 years of his life guided by his ambition and serving his own will.

Within a matter of seconds, Todd’s entire existence was irrevocably changed as a bullet tore through his frontal lobe thrusting him into a new reality which would test him to his limits. In the following months, Todd, who had been directed by his own desires, would learn to surrender his life to God. During this season, Todd, who had always steered the helm of his own ship, would be forced to entrust his hopes, dreams, and future endeavors to a higher power than himself, Jesus Christ.

This story depicts a man’s journey from darkness to light, from fear to love, and from death to life as Todd travels from the familiar world to a place of challenges hitherto unknown to him. Laugh with him, weep with him, and celebrate with him as he confronts and overcomes mountain after mountain through the grace of God and his faith in Jesus Christ.

Since dedicating his life to Jesus Christ nearly 22 years ago, Todd Freeman has ministered in over 100 churches between Western Ky and West Virginia. As an ordained Evangelist through Full Gospel Tabernacle, Todd has personally observed his heavenly Father bless and touch countless lives. Through Todd’s dynamic witness, many have come to know Jesus as their Lord and personal Savior. Even today Todd takes advantage of any opportunity to share the miracles the Lord has done and continues to do daily in his life. However, to Todd the greatest miracle has been the chance to truly “Know Him.” Todd currently lives in Calvert City in Western Ky where he manages Freeman and Sons Vending with his two sons, Logan and Luke On his days off, Todd enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren, Kennedy, Kasen, and Kolton who affectionately call him Poppy.
