Joe is a high energy, candid, and “get it done” advisor to individuals and groups. He combines profit and nonprofit experiences with an accomplished corporate, consulting, university teaching and mentoring career. Joe is founder and president of his company, Colosimo & Associates.
Additionally, Joe has spoken at many universities, panels, seminars, and retreats. He has been a board member of both profit and non-profit organizations.
He is viewed as a trusted advisor to a wide range of people from those starting out in work life to ending working. He has worked with students to CEOs. He has also helped organizations and individuals become more focused and effective. He is particularly knowledgeable with talent sourcing, talent development, coaching, employee relations, organization design and development, and management. He prepares people for jobs, management and transitions. His group coaching through the metaphor of rowing has improved many to focus through his facilitation and processes. His experiences cover a range of economic conditions from start up, to growth, to redirection, to turnaround, and divestiture.
