Mark S. RothMark S. Roth is a shareholder at Cozen O’Connor, an international law firm with 750 attorneys in 29 cities across two continents. For more than four decades, Mark has specialized in prosecuting products liability, construction defect, and government liability cases. He is an AV-rated lawyer, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, and has consistently been voted by his peers as a Southern California Super Lawyer in General Litigation. Mark has authored numerous articles on subrogation law and presented seminars to many insurance companies and organizations. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences and Communication from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, where he served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Law Review and was the recipient of the 1975 Schweitzer Moot Court Competition Outstanding Brief Award.
