Allen DaughertyALLEN DAUGHERTY lives in Crimora, Virginia. He has three children and two grandchildren. He served in the USAF for 12 years and has been in the medical field for 46 years. He is currently a Registered Nurse and a Certified Dialysis Nurse. He has worked in dialysis for over 27 years in various roles starting out as a Patient Care Technician being eventually promoted to Director of Operations. Throughout his career, he has developed a respect and love for dialysis patients. “You just don’t get into the medical field; it is a calling. A calling that we do not take lightly; and our main goal is taking care of patients.”
