The Father's Touch Ministry expanded into China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. It happened in a miraculous manner. It was especially important to reach the population in China where the men outnumbered the women significantly, because of its one child policy. The social imbalance pressured some of the men to resort to other men for emotional support and sexual intimacy. The main characters Brian Hall, Rev. Jerry Gilligan, Joseph Fomoso, along with the members of the Gordon family, continued to risk their lives helping the ministry to expand throughout the globe. The need to help people with unwanted same-sex attraction and gender confusion continued to increase as many countries were pressured by the United Nations to accept the LGBT community and gay marriage. Asia today is at the forefront of change and needs to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ as the answer to its many problems. God loves the Chinese people and is willing to send witnesses of his love to them!

Perry Riff facilitated several support group meetings involving drug abuse, phobias, and sexuality issues. As an educator and substance abuse counselor he heard all kinds of stories illustrating how people's lives were destroyed by engaging in all forms of sin. He taught psychology, special education, and sociology on the college level and did a lot of research to become familiar with the Asian continent. From his experiences he learned that without a change in a person's heart by the power of God's Spirit, it is difficult to make the needed changes.
