Jerry Hansey had been bullied for years, by his classmates, his teachers, and even his own father. Jerry and Kyle become fast friends and Kyle was the kind of guy that would do anything for a friend. Once Kyle finds out about the constant bullying that Jerry is dealing with, he quickly takes him under his wings and shows him how he can use his new job to dish out revenge to all of the people that bully and disrespect him. They begin to call themselves “Partners in Crime” and together they set their sights on delivering justice to all of the people that had been targeting Jerry.
