Meryl is a retired Art Therapist and an award winning pastel artist. She lives with her loving husband and 3 adopted kitties in their mountain home in Western North Carolina. They are frequently visited by the critters that live in their surrounding woods. This is where the inspiration to write and illustrate this book was born.
