Tim Casey enjoyed a successful city management career spanning five decades in four California cities, including thirty-one years as a city manager. Happily retired, Tim and wife Rosalind reside in Laguna Niguel, California, and were recently blessed with the birth of their first grandchild, Rhys Casey Bresnahan.
