Product description...

Mentoring Must be Cultivated and Intentional!

Every one of us has needed mentoring from a very early age because it’s defined as “to advise or train.” As adults, mentoring should still be a crucial part of our lives. As you read this book and reflect on the message, you will understand the importance of mentoring in many different settings. Mentoring for Life provides insight into developing, implementing and cultivating this practice into your life and into your organization. Every chapter has key points and steps on how to understand and make mentoring a reality for your life. Along with these will be self-reflections to aid in the process of mentoring others as you allow others to mentor you.
