Throughout the years of hustling, street life and prison experience, he acquired many techniques, trades, tricks, tips and many other skills. He has compiled a variety of ways to get your hustle on legally: while helping you activate another part of your brain. He has taken the phrase “The past doesn’t equal your future” to new heights, and that it’s okay to go against the grain. He instills to the masses that honesty is the only way to make money in today's economic society. And most importantly that ideas are the currency of the 21st century. The more value you bring to the world and others with your ideas, the more value you bring to yourself, your family, and your community.

Author Information...

Undray Sirmans  was born on August 16th 1972. He was raised by a family of six siblings in Piscataway, New Jersey. He was the seventh child born to the late Betty Lee and Herman Lee Sirmans Sr.. Undray often spent most of his time trying to make money from any and everything profitable legally. His love of reading came from spending long days as a prison library clerk while he was in and usd the knowledge he'd acquired when he finally got released. He also enjoys traveling. reading, getting together with family and loves going to the beach.

While in a Florida prison a thought came to his head where he felt that he could possibly change the narrative that people are lazy and don't want to work for themselves. By exposing the information that he had learned from experience over the many years. He feels as though he could break the cycle. Undray had become a Computer Lab Operator, Education Assistant and had acquired many trades such as Auto Body Repair and Refinishing. Carpentry, Small Engine Repair and many others while incarcarcerated. Mr. Sirmans also has a list of other credentials as well. He had dedicated his time and energy into compiling information and resources that others are not aware of. He goes on to explain how one can apply their self and get paid doing it. He continues to do what he does best, hustling, tee shirt designing, sign making, media box programming, pest control and more. He outlines how he has always made money for himself and how he has never had a job and loves working for himself. He has always been his own boss. He is a self-taught Entrepreneur that could sell you the shirt off his back. He always comes up with brilliant ideas, then starts doing them to make money. Undray gives you enough information to start a business with as little as $100.00. Yeah that's correct, one single hundred dollar bill. The ideas that he comes up with are always unique and have helped him to be self-sufficient, self-reliant and self-supportive. He sees it like this: if you can run a gang, you can run a business. If you can write a rap you can write a book. If you can record a street fight, you can film a movie. So stop selling yourself short!
The author also shares how he was a felon who applied for jobs, only to be turned down because of his criminal background but he never let that stop him. Why work for a business when you can start one?
This book is for individuals who have made bad choices or who are on probation, in and out of jail, or soon to be released from incarceration and/or who wants to change their life for the better.
