Bernice SchaeferBernice Schaefer is a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in West Hartford, Connecticut. Born in New York City, she spent many years acting, directing, and eventually teaching. In addition to her involvement in all aspects of the theater, she became a Certified Psychodramatist, an individual psychotherapy that is accomplished within a group. It engages guided dramatic action to explore problems. Bernice eventually received a Ph.D. in Psychology and has been in private practice for the last 37 years.
