Being a Christian is Only the Beginning to Being Heavenly
Heavenly, the Next Step Up is a book about how God wants us to live His word and how to do His will. Being a Christian is only the first step into the Father’s plan. You see being a Christian basically means being a believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sadly most Christians only know about 30–40 New Testament scriptures. Well there are close to 8,000 New Testament scriptures that the Father wants us to know. And one percent would be 80 scriptures. That’s not being heavenly. And that doesn’t include His godly details or heavenly insights. Well this book provides you with both the academic knowledge in extreme detail along with the spiritual knowledge from the Holy Spirit. God has given us His meat to feast on, but sadly in the churches you are only given the milk of His word. Sorry but you can’t be spiritually mature on milk – Hebrews 5:12-14. That is why Jesus explicitly tells us in Matthew 4:4 that we are to live by EVERY word that proceeds from the mouth of God. And yes the Greek word for our English word “word” here is rhema, which means the spoken words of God, but more comprehensively it means His scriptures. So in essence being Heavenly means being “hot” not cold or lukewarm – Revelation 3:15-16. So step up my saints and be HOT for Him, which is being heavenly. Agape.
