It follows a thematic, rather than a chronological or biographical approach to the subject of the Vice Presidency. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Marie D. Natoli has been a long-time resident of Massachusetts. A tenured Full Professor of Political Science at Emmanuel College, Professor Natoli holds a Ph.D. and M. A. in Political Science from Tufts University, a JD from Suffolk Law School, and an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management (Suffolk University). Professor Natoli has published several books and numerous articles on a range of issues pertaining to American government, politics, and the law, and has been a frequent guest on television and radio news shows.
