Product description...

There are many reasons why a trout does not take your fly. And it may not be the fly, itself.

After many, many years of listening to frustrated fellow anglers explain that they "tried every fly in their box and nothing worked," prompted me to write this book. In What's Wrong With My Fly I've attempted to provide information, not necessarily new, but perhaps less than mainstream, that may help make fly fishers aware of the many factors that influence trout feeding behavior, other than the pattern or patterns they have used or are using. So if you have experienced times on the river, after "Matching the Hatch" and where fly after fly has been ignored by actively feeding trout, I'm hopeful that the words contained within this little book will help make your fishing more productive, and that you will change flies a lot less!
