Product description...

Astonishing answers to unspoken questions revealed!

Astonishing answers to unspoken questions revealed. This is a story that could happen and involves corruption, organized crime and narcotic dealers. This is the type of story that will not let you put it down until you have read the whole story. Only a former police lieutenant could give such details that makes the reader believe that they are there when the action is going on. Few people know what a narcotic officer goes through. Only a narcotic officer can write a story to draw the reader into the thought process of a narcotic offïer. NOT IN VAIN-A POLICE STORY is what happens in our world today and tomorrow and what will happen in the future unless we have people who put their lives on the line to stop drugs, corruption and corrupt police officers. Lieutenant Andy Bane is the police offïcer who is there to stop drugs, corruption and corrupt police offïcers.

Author Information...

Jim AndresJim Andres has the written craft to enrapture the mind much like an artist wields a brush. The pages are a blank canvas on which to draw from a talent heralded by many and matched only by an imagination that rises to the task. NOT IN VAIN-A POLICE STORY is the first in a series of recent pursuits, with work progressing quickly on the follow-up. Jim Andres is a retired police lieutenant from South Florida. After retirement he moved to North Carolina where he became a captain in a sheriff's department and organized a narcotics unit. The story that he has written reflects on the life of narcotic police offïcers in South Florida. Andres was known as Bear on the streets when he was working. Jim Andres was the commander of an investigative division and encountered many drug dealers during that time. Andres was not an officer to sit in an office to run his division, but was on the streets working with his men. Andres was well known in the police world. Jim Andres has a degree from Nova Southeastern University in Criminal Justice. Andres was highly decorated during his years in South Florida and North Carolina. Only a police officer could tell a story that holds your attention like this book.
