This is an autobiography of Art Sedillo, a somewhat mischievous child who finally cleaned up his act after erroneously being sent to the De La Salle Christian Brothers seminary for one year thinking he had a religious vocation. He subsequently became a Golden Gloves boxing champion in New Mexico and the US Marines. He studied criminal justice in the Marines and later became a local and state police officer in New Mexico. He became a Drug Enforcement Administration mid-level supervisor agent and spent the majority of his career in Mexico, Bolivia, and Panama, where he was constantly involved in the real drug war. His story should inspire any kid who lacks aspirations to succeed.

Art Sedillo is a retired mid-level US Drug Enforcement Administration supervisor who spent the majority of his career on foreign assignment in Mexico, Bolivia, Panama, and several other central South American countries. He is a former US Marine, where he initiated his law enforcement interest and studies. He continued his career in law enforcement in local and state New Mexico police agencies before joining the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, the predecessor to the DEA. He has been married to Mariana for fifty-five years, and they have six children.
