Product description...

Poetry from A to Z

Express yourself and try to write your own poetry. You will be surprised at what you discover. First read some great poets, such as, Shakespeare, Byron, Keats, Shelly, Edgar Alan Poe, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Two of my favorite poems include “A Dream within a Dream,” by Edgar Alan Poe, and “A Psalm of Life,” by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Poetry opens the soul and allows you to express pent-up feelings and life experiences – go for it!

Author Information...

It has been a great experience writing poems over the years and finally being able to have them put into book form. I highly recommend to others to try and write for yourself, even if you never get published. My wife, Sheila, and I, live in Florida, our children are all up in the hinterland of the Chicago suburbs. Even in our late 70’s we enjoy bike riding, reading, of course, swimming and enjoying Florida weather. We loved growing up in the Chicago suburbs, but the winters there are brutal. We have lived in Florida for about 12 years.
