Billy AndersBilly Anders is a 31-year law enforcement officer who served with the San Antonio, Texas, Police Department, and the Otero County, New Mexico, Sheriff's Office. He is a 28-year military officer, having retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel. He flew airplanes and helicopters as a commercial pilot. He's a graduate of Louisiana State University and also holds a Master's Degree from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Most important, Anders is a country boy who was launched into life from Liberty, Amite County, Mississippi.
