Here Comes Trouble

Hi Kids— My name is Little Guy and I am the star of this book. Well, that is not exactly the truth. I am the one who gets in all the trouble, all because I am so nosy. The Bible says, “All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned every one to his own way.” Isaiah 53:6 That describes me and I think it describes you too, right? You will notice there is a blank space on the cover of this book that says, Illustrated by. That special spot is for you! I want you to be the illustrator of my story. When you finish reading the book and doing the illustrations, then I would like you to write your name on the blank space on the cover. That will make you an illustrator. Joy DeVos is a retired music teacher and media specialist/librarian from Canby, Oregon. Little Guy is her second book. Her first book, “How Can This Be” is a picture book for kids aged 3-93. The book tells the story of Christmas through Easter from the perspective of shepherds and sheep.
