Author Information...

Elise Kea was born on June 23, 1989, in Wilmington, North Carolina, to mother Rosa, a schoolteacher, and father Moses Kea jr., a retired Army Air Borne member. Elise’s two older brothers Carlos and Antonio helped shape many of her ideals. She is a 4th grade elementary teacher in Killeen, Texas. While in long-term acute care at a rehabilitation center in Austin, Texas, she discovered that writing soothed her soul. She plans on writing a part two to the Why Not Me? series called Rehab for the Soul.
