JJ Steele has penned up his best cowboy poems and songs in this written collection. A native of the Northern Colorado livestock industry, JJ grew up feeding cattle, raising sheep, and training horses. “Lookin’ at the world from under the brim of a cowboy hat, just changes what you do with your head.” Since retiring from his “day job,” JJ has fulfilled his lifelong ambition to be a full-time, card carrying, cow poet. For several years, he’s delighted folks with his cowboy tales, poems, and songs. His verses are carved from the times and people he’s known, and re-create JJ’s unique, colorful and poignant view of the West. JJ has two audio collections: Thinkin’ In Rhyme (2011), and More Rhyme For No Reason (2013).
