Gabriella and the Shoe Angels is a story about a little girl and her connection with shoes. The shoe angels are sent on a special assignment to introduce themselves and to prepare Gabriella for the big shoe mission. The chatty, colorful high heels and flat shoes circle Gabriella’s crib competing for her attention. They suddenly realize their uniqueness is what sets them apart, but their mission to provide shoes for the needy brings them all together.

Marlana Lowery has been a licensed cosmetologist for over twenty years. While she enjoys making her clients feel beautiful; she has always been a writer at heart. She started off writing screenplays in her free time. Then she became inspired by her children’s quirkiness and interests so she decided to write children’s books. Gabriella and the Shoe Angels was inspired by her daughter’s love for shoes. Marlana took her daughter’s passion for shoes and turned it into a mission that assist needy families with getting on their feet. Marlana resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and four children.
