Product description...

B.O.S.S. is depicting the struggles of a young woman who finds herself lost in the grips of active addiction and finding her way through it, reflecting on her journey and coming to terms with it. After many years of experiencing the disparities among people of color and the struggles wherein, I fully understand why our people find themselves struggling with alcoholism and active addiction. Understanding what it means to want to medicate pain. Poverty, broken homes, molestation and drug abuse encouraged me to write this story of a woman's journey trough it and the benefits of living clean after living dirty. Making it through, she shares her journey in the hopes the cycle will be broken for those who come behind her, and so that the daughter she brought in the world will not follow the same fate. B.O.S.S describes unbridled pain, anger, remorse and shame turned into hope and the promise of freedom B.O.S.S.: Broken Only Still Standing
