Jessica Orr, a new poet and survivor of sexual abuse and other acts during her childhood, wrote this collections of poems as both therapy and a signal to herself she is alive, a good person and that god, love and beauty exists and will always exist, regardless of the never ending evil upon our earth. This 8 chapter poetry book spans things better left forgotten to the amazing feelings of love! Life is wonderful and no matter one's past or thoughts of such, god and that spirit of goodness will rise and cradle those of good temperament and who try to live a good life in our sometimes crazy society.

Jessica is a paralegal from metro-Detroit with a love of electronic music and loving her small group of friends. Her favorite pastime is playing Texas hold’em with her friends and enjoying herself at her favorite dance clubs and bars. She has been an administrator of the Facebook poetry society, the biggest and most prestigious poetry group on Facebook. She also was given the honor to be a guest poet on “poetry spotlight” on Facebook, a marvelous collection of talented poets from across the world who write poetry for the page for one month.
