Ace Keebler’s philosophy was to not leave witnesses . . . and it didn’t matter if it were man, woman or child . . . all had to die. Ace Keebler, Kyle Mannford, and Jubal Burgan were the most sadistic, vile, and evil group of men to terrorize the Midwest United States in the mid 1800’s. None of the three liked to work, so they lived off the earnings of others by robbing banks, stage coaches, and the occasional individual or family. The gang members were not opposed to having fun at the expense of their victims, which included beatings, rape, mental torture, and murder. They were living the life; enjoying the best hotels, the finest meals, and all the whiskey and whores they could handle, and all they had to do was not leave witnesses. THEN UP JUMPED THE DEVIL. One morning after robbing, torturing, and severely beating all members of a family, Ace Keebler walked from body to body putting a bullet hole in each victim’s head. But this time the youngest member of the family lived, and after he grew up, he vowed to hunt down and kill each member of the Keebler gang in a manner that would be more heinous and monstrous than what he had observed happening to his family. But it never occurred to him that in doing so, he might just become more evil than them.

William (Bill) Elliott lived in Winchester, Virginia, until he entered the military in 1970. After 26 years of military service, he operated an information processing company for 10 years in El Paso, Texas. He now resides in Springtown, Texas with his wife Luise, where he is pursuing his love of writing. He and Luise have two children and seven grandchildren.
