Author $$Mike was locked in the "box" while serving time at Riverview
Correctional Facility. Using his past experiences as a source of
storytelling, R.O.C Hard was born. It tells the story of a young hustler
named Kilo, who became a major drug dealer in Marketview Heights. It is a
true account of what it's really like being a major drug dealer in a city
(Rochester, New York) where the murder rate competes nationally with other
cities every year. Sex, murder, drugs, snitching, and betrayal is written
with the clarity of a movie. Only a man who has lived this life could write
such a novel. Today Author $$Mike is a current BSW student studying at The
College at Brockport. He lives in Rochester, New York along with his two
handsome sons, Jakari and Kahmar, also his beautiful niece Jahirah.
