From a young age magic always fascinated me as I'm sure it did you; whether you admit it or not. Little did I know that I would soon grow up to find it as extensively useful as it is entertaining. At the age of sixteen, my devotion for magic turned primarily to cards and I eventually started performing to friends, family and, well, the mirror. So here's my story.
After ages of studying, studying and more studying, I realized that my brain had decided to retain almost nothing. So one day I decided to take a break and found myself watching numerous videos regarding magic tricks. Whilst watching, I challenged myself to solving and figuring out the methodology behind each trick and succeeded in doing so many times.
When I eventually returned to my studies, my brain began to associate and organize the topics at hand in a comprehensive manner. Hours later, I decided to take another break and watched a few more videos. Once again, I returned to my studying only to realize that not only was I absorbing the current information like a sponge, but I could still remember the information from my last break. My brain had somehow begun to reorganize and appropriate the material in accordance to its own manner of functioning.
Long story short, one year of high-school and four years of university later, after having watched countless videos and read books so as to learn the theories behind magic tricks and performances, I thought it was about time I did something to contribute to the magic world; and here it is.
