From Cowboy To Evangelist

God can do anything He wants in the life of any person at any time. It is amazing how He can take a cowboy with no real desire in life other than just to survive and put him in places that he never could have dreamed. How God can be there in situations in a person’s life, and that person not even know it until much later, is beyond me. Rodeo was a form of entertainment for me and I had done it since I was a teenager. I would go to a rodeo, and then in the evening I’d go out to the bars and get falling down drunk, and then I would get up and do the same thing all over again the next day. At that point in my life, rodeo was the only thing I really knew. I was on a road to destruction and didn’t even know it. Then one day everything changed and my life has never been the same. God had done the impossible in the eyes of man and had taken me from being a cowboy on a road to destruction and put me into a life of an evangelist. Now I just want to help others who are either in the same situation or have gone through the same situation.
