Christianity is under THREAT!

• In the spring of 2015, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments on the issue of same-sex marriage, which could clearly threaten marriage as we have known it since this nation was founded. • Award-winning public high school students are routinely threatened with significant disciplinary action if they make any reference to God in their speeches on Awards Day or at Graduation. • Each year, Christmas is increasingly threatened as more public nativity scenes are banned, and as some companies forbid their employees from uttering the words “Merry Christmas” to customers. • Christian workers fear that the legitimate preaching and teaching of God’s Word could be threatened as activist lawyers and judges manipulate stringent “Hate Speech” laws to fit their own ideologies. • Even gender-specific restrooms in public schools are threatened as schools experiment with gender-neutral restrooms, while some parents in the Western World attempt to “raise” gender-neutral children. It is clear that Christianity is not welcome in many segments of our society. The philosophies of Western Civilization are particularly aggressive in their war on Christianity. While Christianity will never be threatened to the point of extinction, it is abundantly evident that much of what we believe is under attack and much of what we once practiced is in jeopardy, if not already extinct. Defending our Christian faith against these threats at this time in history is a critical issue.
