There are presently too many manifestations of negative, disruptive and counter-productive phenomena in the Body of Christ for those who claim to be authentic disciples to sit still, philosophizing, twiddling their fingers and basking in ignorance—as though Satan and his demons had gone on an extended vacation, overseas. This book seeks to unearth several of the diabolic roots that are responsible for the strangulation of numerous churches and the destruction of careless, casual, undiscerning Christians, right across the globe. It deals with controversial topics that are often branded taboo by the religious status quo and which we would normally discuss only in our most secret chambers, if any at all. If I Were A Demon (Part 2) acknowledges that a fierce, ongoing Spiritual Battle exists between the two opposing forces, and that human beings make daily choices that will either cripple or empower them in their quest for survival on this tumultuous planet.

Donald K. Stewart serves as one of two pastors at the Portmore Lane Covenant Community Church in Jamaica, W.I. He earned his D.Min. from the Columbia Theological Seminary (Georgia, U.S.A.) in 2002, followed by a D.M.E. (2007) from the Christian Leadership University (New York) and is presently completing his Ph.D. in Theology at the University of the West Indies. Donald has worked for over 27 years in Christian Camping as well as in the Evangelism Explosion III International Ministry. He has also conducted teaching seminars in a wide cross section of churches, Bible Schools and other Theological institutions in Aruba, Barbados, Cayman, Tanzania (Africa), Trinidad and the U.S.A., in addition to his own homeland, Jamaica. He has been actively involved in the deliverance ministry for over 23 years and functioned as the Coordinator of the Special Ministries (Deliverance) Tents at both the Reinhard Bonnke and Benny Hinn National Jamaica Crusades held in Kingston, during the 1990s. The W.A.R. Team, which he started over 16 years ago, is a local church outreach to develop younger Christians in the area of Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance, through practical ministry sessions, teaching seminars and training workshops. Donald has recently authored six provocative books: 1. Spiritual Illumination, 2. Honest Reflections from the Heart, 3. Purposeful Evangelism and Missions, 4. His expressed passion is to “evangelize, deliver and educate God’s people towards personal and national transformation,” being motivated by the love of God and his personal motto: “Respect for All, Fear for None.” Donald married Andrea (Shepherd) in April 1984 and together have produced three beautiful daughters: Anne-Kay, Nicole, and Kristi-Lee.
